Chairing Effective Meetings

 posted by | 11/02/2019

You’re finding that more and more often you need to chair meetings of colleagues, but it’s something you’re not familiar with doing. So, how do you improve your confidence and ability to chair a meeting?

This course is designed to do just that.

You’ll learn how to identify the specific strengths and weaknesses of your own meetings, and understand how to recognise the characteristics of a good meeting. It’ll also teach you the best ways of learning how to prepare for, structure with particular emphasis on agenda preparation, and control an effective meeting.

The course is suitable for anyone who has not yet chaired a meeting and those who wish to consolidate and improve their current skills. All you’ll need is a basic familiarity of how a meeting works.

The next session is on 27th March.
