Staff Wellbeing Activities: w/c 11th February

Please see below for the week’s Staff Wellbeing Activities. All activities are free to attend and do not need to be booked in advance unless stated.

Monday 11th February:
• Mindfulness. 12pm – 1pm, MB2302, Minerva Building, Second Floor.
o 12.00 – 12.30pm. For those with experience in mindfulness
o 12.30 – 1pm. Beginners mindfulness
• Running Club – Focus on ‘Couch to 10k’, 5.15 – 6.15pm. Sports Centre.

Tuesday 12th February:
• Themed Mindfulness Session – Keeping Positive. 12pm – 1pm, ATB3211, Alfred Tennyson Building, Third Floor
• Laughter Yoga. 1.15 – 1.45pm. Boxing Studio, Sports Centre.
• Staff Football. 5.00 – 6.00pm. Front Astroturf in front of the Sports Centre.
• Running Club – Focus on ‘Couch to 10k’, 5.15 – 6.15pm. Sports Centre.
• Nutrition 121’s (last place available at 3pm) – please contact Staff Wellbeing for a booking.

Wednesday 13th February:
• Staff Yoga. 12.30 – 1.15pm. Dance Studio, Sports Centre.

Thursday 14th February:
• Chair Yoga. 12.00 – 12.30pm. ATB3206, Alfred Tennyson Building, Third Floor.
• Meditation. 12.30 – 1.00pm. ATB3206, Alfred Tennyson Building, Third Floor.
• University of Lincoln Choir. 6.00 – 7.30pm. ATB0109, Alfred Tennyson Building.

Sports Therapy – staff experiencing a minor sport related injury can attend a free consultation including assessment and treatment with a qualified sports therapist alongside a student. Wednesdays 1 – 4pm (45 minute appointment). Please contact staffwellbeing@lincoln.ac.uk for more details and to book an appointment.
