Dashboard User Training from Business Intelligence

The session will enable users to:

– Locate and access the appropriate dashboard for their purpose
– Successfully navigate dashboards to the level of detail required (e.g. course)
– Export and print dashboard reports
– Understand the basic principles of dashboard data

Delegates will be sent a link to the dashboards prior to the workshop and delegates will be asked to identify certain areas they may like to focus on within the workshop.

This session is open to all new and existing dashboard users either academic or professional services. The next session will run 9th July 14.00-15.00.
