Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship with ILM Level 3 Information Session

 posted by | 21/05/2019

We have an exciting opportunity for staff to enrol onto the new Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship with ILM Level 3. This qualification will take around 18 months for the learner to complete however this can differ depending on the entry level of each individual. This apprenticeship is aimed at those who are managing a team with operational/project responsibilities. The course will develop skills and understanding in areas such as essential management skills, management theory to support growth and performance and managing yourself and team. Unlike the direct route of the ILM programme that we deliver, there will be a range of different learning methods and assessments in order to gain both the apprenticeship and the ILM Level 3 award over the course of the 18 months.

We will be holding an information session on 28th May 14.00-15.30 in MB3201 alongside the providers, Lincoln College. This will give staff the opportunity to find out more about the qualification and ask any questions. To find out more information about the Team Leader Apprenticeship, contact training@lincoln.ac.uk or visit the link below to fill out an application for funding form.
