LGBTQI+ Seminar Series – Call for Speakers

 posted by | 04/12/2019

The Eleanor Glanville Centre will be running a series of short lunchtime seminars for LGBTQI+ History month in February 2020.

This will be an opportunity to highlight a range of issues affecting LGBTQI+ people in Lincoln and the wider world, drawing on academic, activist and lived experience. We also hope they will be an opportunity for members of the University community with an interest in LGBTQI+ issues to network and meet each other.

If you are interested in delivering a short informal talk at one of these sessions, please email egcresearch@lincoln.ac.uk by Monday 20 January 2020 with a title and brief outline of your topic. We would love to include experiences from activism and professional practice, as well as academic research.

These events are being coordinated by a small group of LGBTQI+ staff volunteers. If you would like to be involved in planning the seminars, or in helping to coordinate future LGBTQI+-related activities, please do get in touch.
