Career Pathways Supporting PDR and 121 Discussions

Developed in response to our 2017 staff survey, Career Pathways has been designed to support career development for professional services staff grades 2-10. It aims to give clarity to the competencies and behaviours required at every grade, and a development programme aligned to each. This helps to identify and enhance your transferable skills, unlocking a wider range of career opportunities.

These 1.5 hour sessions will support both staff and managers in using the framework within 121’s and PDR conversations, enabling you to navigate the online system to evidence your career development. There are various sessions available in January, February and March.
