Resolving Conflict through Mediation

To build confidence in managing conflict by developing the skills to intervene early and mediate successfully between individuals.
-Identify the causes of conflict at work
-Develop key communication skills to manage conflict situations more effectively
-Recognise emotions in others and identify steps to take to manage own emotions in challenging situations
-Gain confidence by practising skills using a brief mediation model

This session will be held in person on the 12th July from 09.30 – 12.30.
