Career Pathways for Professional Service Colleagues

The upcoming Career Pathways session is designed to introduce you to the Career Pathways Framework and its accompanying online development tool. This workshop is tailored to support your professional growth by exploring how the Career Pathways Framework can enhance your transferrable skills at every grade level, and how this can support your career progression.

During the workshop, we will discuss practical ways to utilise the framework in one-to-one and PDR meetings. Additionally, we will share effective techniques to help you prepare for potential interviews and tackle competency-based questions with confidence.

To make the session even more valuable, we will include a brief demonstration of the online development tool, showcasing its features and benefits.
