Academic Role Profile Transfer Process

The University recognises that there should be opportunities for our academic colleagues to transition between our two role profiles, ‘Teaching and Research (T&R)’ and ‘Teaching, Scholarship and Professional Practice (TSPP)’, to support individual career aspirations and the University’s academic development.

The primary route for academics to transfer role profile is via application to the Role Profile Transfer Process, which will be running its final iteration with the current transfer criteria from Friday 11 April 2025 until 23:59 on Monday 12 May 2025.
