British Council Funding and NEEDS Analysis Survey
We are pleased to announce that the University of Lincoln and North-West University have received British Council Funding from the British Council’s Going Global Partnerships programme for our project GROW: Gender Responsive Opportunities for Women in Academia. The project looks to undertake;
– Research study on supporting emerging female academics in career progression
– Production of Career Development Toolkit
– Women’s Mentorship Programme
– Annual Gender Summit
– Buddy System – UK and SA early career academics
– A national Community of Practice (CoP) for aspiring and early career researchers.
