Early Bird Virtual Running Group

The Early Bird Virtual Running Group is on every Friday morning from 7:30am.

In these sessions we cater for all abilities, so whether you’re an advanced runner or new to running you can join in! We work on all running techniques, skills and fitness but the main thing is everyone has a chat and has fun!!

All you need is 4G on your phone, tablet or device and the Microsoft Teams app on your phone or device. These sessions are great for keeping our community fit and healthy throughout this time.
