The aim of this workshop is to support staff in their career progression plans by providing interview skills training, advice on producing an excellent CV, completing applications and shortlisting questions.
This session aims for participants to develop Active Bystander skills that can be used to address inappropriate behaviours in the workplace if seen, witnessed or experienced.
The course will cover a range of topics, including the relationship between mental health and the workplace.
