OneUni

As part of the Enabling the Business programme, the University is working to implement a new student management solution to enhance the student experience and support the student journey, from enquiry to alumni. Following a procurement process, TechnologyOne (T1) was selected as our solution partner and project planning commenced during the summer to implement OneUni, a solution to replace our legacy systems, such as QLS, QLX, Maximiser and more.
OneUni will be implemented in two phases; Phase 1, which will be available from September 2017, will provide the functionality for the management of enquiries, recruitment and admissions, and Phase 2, will deliver the functionality for enrolment and graduation, including features for personal tutors, timetabling and self-management for students and staff, in 2018.
We are delighted to have consultants from TechnologyOne based at the University for the duration of the implementation, who will be working with University colleagues throughout the lifetime of the project and beyond. Many of you have been involved in the recent workshops conducted for Phase 1, and we will be calling on the wider expertise of the University as the project progresses. These sessions have been very positively received, benefitting the development of the new solution and the understanding of staff.
