You are invited to join a very special Lincoln Live Lounge on Tuesday 27 October 2020 from 4pm featuring an exclusive three-way discussion between the College of Arts’ Associate Professor Dr Robert Dean, Technician and well-established DJ/music producer Craig Bratley and recording artist Wes Nelson.

This online talk will be of particular interest to students or applicants interested in a future career in the arts. The trio will discuss their individual professional success in the arts and share personal insight into the benefits of utilising social media platforms, PR, and other promotional opportunities in order to support and build their careers.

Wes’ meteoric rise started with his career as a nuclear systems design engineer. Following his popularity on ITV’s Love Island, his portfolio career has gone from strength to strength and recently signed a solo record deal with EMI Records.

In addition to his work as a Technician in the University’s College of Arts, Craig also has quite the reputation for being a successful underground music producer and DJ, having collaborated with a plethora of European DJs and record labels.
