Following on from the success of series one and two, this third series of the Tedder Talks includes eleven interviews conducted virtually over the Spring of 2021, sharing insights from a diverse range of organisational experts on their experience of leadership, decision making and what influences this.

The participants of this short video series originate from within the RAF and external institutions, including University of Lincoln Chair of Governors, Diane Lees. All were interviewed by Dr Craig Marsh, Pro Vice Chancellor at the University of Lincoln with the series conducted by Group Captain Emma Keith, Commandant of the Tedder Academy of Leadership.
