Equality Impact Assessments

A new Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) digital tool is launching to ensure the University makes inclusive decisions.

This digital EIA tool will enable you to consider equality, diversity and inclusion when you are making decisions including developing policies, projects, procedures or events.

This digital EIA tool will enable the University to meet its legal obligations and move beyond compliance to create an inclusive culture for everyone.
