Post Traumatic Stress Awareness Day 2025 – Online Support Seminar
Event Details

National Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Awareness Day takes place on 27 June.
PTSD is a mental health condition caused by very stressful, frightening or distressing events and can affect anyone.
According to the NHS website, it is estimated to affect about one in three people who have a traumatic experience, but it is not clear exactly why some people develop the condition and others do not.
In recognition of this, our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider, CareFirst, will be inviting a guest speaker to talk about this mental health condition at their next online webinar which takes place on Wednesday 18 June from 12pm – 1pm.
If you would like to register to attend this event, please click here. For more information and support for PTSD please visit the NHS website.
