Lincoln City FC Hosts Black History Month Exhibition and Discussion Panel
Organised in collaboration with the Eleanor Glanville Institute on Sunday 20 October, the Branston Legends Lounge will host a Black History Month art exhibition and panel, in collaboration with Lincolnshire FA, Lincoln Embracing All Nations, and the Redeemed Christian Church of God to help celebrate heritage and narratives.
City defender, Tendayi Darikwa, will join former Imps Jason Lee and Gavin Gordon, as well as current Lincolnshire grassroots referee Michael Howard, to discuss their heritage, experiences and what Black History Month means to them.
The event is free of charge, but pre-booking is necessary and there is a maximum capacity. Doors will open from 2pm, with the event to begin at 2.30pm. The Legends Lounge will remain open for attendees wishing to watch Liverpool v Chelsea (4.30pm KO).
