Safety training for managers is a HIT!

The new Health and Safety for Managers training course delivered by Stuart Jackson (Head of Health and Safety) is still available to book through your MyView training and development platform.

The course covers areas that are specifically related to managers of people or places, and is proving a very popular and well received session by a variety of managers across the community, from senior leaders to managers of small specialist teams.

Feedback so far includes:
“I enjoyed this training session. Stuart was an excellent facilitator and his passion and knowledge of the subject was evident throughout his delivery.”

“I think the training was very good and should be undertaken by all managers (i.e. mandated) as managers (especially new ones) may not be aware of their responsibilities and where to go for help (until there’s a problem which is then too late).”

The next session takes place on Wednesday 12 February at Lawress Hall at 9am.
