Mindfulness in Practice – now taking bookings for 2016
‘Mindfulness in Practice’ is about exploring the stress-dissolving power of your senses and how/what you see, hear, feel, taste and smell can ground your consciousness in the present moment.
This six-session programme will guide you through the steps you need to incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life and enable you to explore how you can feel more focused and relaxed.
The first session will take place on the 12th January 2016
