New Course! Business Intelligence Dashboard User Training

This new course is offered by the Business Intelligence Team.

The aim of the session is to familiarise new and existing users with accessing, using and understanding the data available to them via the Dashboards provided by Planning and Business Intelligence.

The session will enable users to:

• Locate and access the appropriate dashboard for their purpose
• Successfully navigate dashboards to the level of detail required (e.g. course)
• Export and print dashboard reports
• Understand the basic principles of dashboard data.

Who should attend?
