An Introduction to Anti-Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace

Limited spaces are left on the upcoming sessions for ‘An Introduction to Anti Bullying & Harassment in the Workplace’ on 22 March.

There is a morning session from 9.30am-12.30pm.

Please note this session is mandatory for all staff at the University to complete if not already completed.

The aim of the session is to enable participants to identify a range of approaches to combat and deal with bullying and harassment confidently and effectively in the workplace.

The session will:

  • Identify and challenge various forms of bullying and harassment in the workplace
  • Recognise the importance of legislation, policies and procedures
  • Respond appropriately to reports of alleged bullying and harassment
  • Think about practical ways of creating a supportive work environment that discourages bullying and harassment
