We have some new development opportunities for Programme Leaders in the coming weeks.

Introduction to Dashboards

On 22nd June and 3rd July Andrew Leckey, Business Intelligence Manager, will be running lunchtime ‘Introduction to Dashboards’ workshops. These workshops have proved extremely popular and are ideal for those who would like to become more familiar with the Programme Leader dashboards and the wealth of data they contain.

Unconscious Bias

Following the successful pilot of the Unconscious Bias for Programme Leaders workshops which are designed and facilitated by Clare Pavitt of the Equality Challenge Unit, we are also delighted to offer two further half-day workshops on 28th June. These are recommended to all Programme Leaders who were unable to attend the pilot sessions in May, and take an in-depth look at the theory underpinning unconscious bias, its relevance to Higher Education, and offer an opportunity to explore techniques and strategies to manage the impact of unconscious bias in your role as a Programme Leader. School Directors of Teaching and Learning and Heads of School are also welcome to attend.

To book a place please go to https://ps.lincoln.ac.uk/services/hr/development/BookProgrammes/SitePages/Home.aspx and use the ‘Programme Leader’ category filter.
