From 27th March, the Environment Agency will be replacing the railings along the South-Eastern side of Brayford Pool (Brayford Wharf East) to improve public safety. This will continue for a maximum of two weeks, and will be completed by Monday 9th April.

Although not taking place on University-owned land, the works will mean the temporary closure of the footpath along Brayford Wharf East, whilst contractors access the railings. There will be one footpath still in use on the opposite side of the road, but please be aware that there may be a low level of disruption caused by the works taking place.

The works are being carried within the Easter break period, in order to minimise any disruption caused to students.
