Inaugural Professorial Lecture series: Prof Libby John

The Lincoln Institute for Advanced Studies is pleased to announce that the next speaker in the Inaugural Professorial Lecture series will be Professor Libby John.

Currently Pro Vice Chancellor of the College of Science at the University of Lincoln, Professor John’s research specialises in plant ecology, plant-animal interactions, root-soil interactions, and biodiversity – all areas which inform her upcoming inaugural lecture.

Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies, Professor Stuart Humphries, would like to invite all staff to attend this lecture, titled ‘The Root of the Matter: Plants and the Planet’, which will take place on Wednesday 16 May 2018 in the Minerva building.
