After a review of the University’s current Continuing Professional Development work, the Digital Education team is now carrying out its training events during specific times of the year. These events will form part of ‘Digital Education Training Week’.

Title: Lynda.com: An introduction

What will I learn?: The aim of this course is to provide academics with an overview of the features of Lynda.com and how this can be used to support independent learning with students. It will also cover different techniques to help embed this tool inside of your teaching.

Lynda.com is designed to help support users via courses or individual videos. In this session you will learn how to use and share playlists, flipped learning approaches and how to use the tool more effectively.
