It is the season for giving can you spare a little to help these dogs at this time of year as they wait for their forever home

You can help a dog this Christmas – just a little gift can make a huge difference to these dogs, many of which have been abused, neglected or abandoned.
As Christmas approaches, colleagues are invited to join in with a collection for rescue dogs.

Amanda Strauch (College of Arts Executive Office) is collecting for Halfway Home Rescue, a charity which saves unwanted pet dogs from the UK and overseas and ensures that they go on to find loving forever homes.

Items being collected include: dog treats (including gravy bones, filled bones, tinned tuna, etc.), dog food, collars, leads, shampoo, washing-up liquid, non-bio washing powder, fabric conditioner, and gift vouchers for Pets at Home, Tesco and Wilkinsons. It doesn’t matter how small, your donations will all make a huge difference.

If you would like to support, please contact Amanda directly: astrauch@lincoln.ac.uk
