Organisational Development Roadshow Minerva Building

The last Organisational Development Roadshow will be 14th March in the Minerva Building MB2303. 8:30-10:00 am.

The Organisational Development team are inviting staff to join them to discuss exciting development opportunities that are available to them at the Organisational Development roadshow in the Minerva Building, MB2303 on 14th March, drop by any time between 8:30-10:00.

The purpose of the roadshows is for staff to explore what development routes are available to them throughout 2019 including Career Pathways, Higher Apprenticeship qualifications, manager’s engagement groups and developmental online modules. The team will share the new planned development projects and activities for 2019 and discuss with colleagues their requirements of staff development. As appraisals are currently underway, it is a perfect time to be thinking and planning your development for the year ahead.

Join us for some morning refreshments and some freebies and explore what development activities you could get involved in. If you have any questions about any development needs or potential ideas you have this will give you the perfect opportunity to discuss them with the team.
