Interested in environmental sustainability?

The Environment team are looking to create a network of staff sustainability advocates who will work with us to implement the sustainability strategy at the University.

If you have an interest in advocating for the environment or if you are already part of a group which discusses these issues, we would love to hear from you.

The Environment team are dedicated to reducing the environmental impact of the University, initiating and overseeing energy-saving projects, supporting education for sustainable development, promoting greening the campus, and working collaboratively with departments to support the Climate Emergency declaration. We are also working towards ISO14001, an environmental management system (EMS), which will improve the environmental sustainability of the University.
