Organisational Development Roadshows – Special Announcement!

The Organisational Development team are holding roadshows in December 2019 to promote training and development opportunities over the next academic year.

As staff will be aware, appraisals have now launched, so now is a great time to think about development activities that may interest yourself, your school or department.

The roadshows will include information regarding Career Pathways, ADA and PDR appraisals, Higher Apprenticeship qualifications, Management Engagement Groups, online training and much more.

Come and join the team at one of the below dates over the lunchtime period for more information, along with winter warmer refreshments and cookies:

– Thursday 12th December between 11:30 – 13:30 in David Chiddick Building Atrium
– Tuesday 17th December between 11:30 – 13:30 in Isaac Newton Building Atrium

*SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT* As part of the cHRistmas Campaign, the Organisational Development team are offering members of staff the chance to win a £50 Linc-On voucher. To enter into this prize draw, please attend the David Chiddick Building Roadshow on Thursday 12th December and show one of the team that you are following @unilincolnhr on either Twitter or Instagram. The winner will be alerted by email at the end of the week.
