Donations for Dog Rescue
Prior to Christmas, Amanda Strauch from the College of Arts was collecting donations for Halfway Home Dog Rescue. Thank you to everyone who donated, but if you missed out there is still time to donate ahead of a visit in February.
Halfway Home Dog Rescue. Based near Collingham, Halfway Home are a private, non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in crisis situations. They aim to improve the lives of the dogs we rescue by finding them forever homes and all of their costs are met from donations, kennel sponsorship, grants and fundraising.
Donations can be taken to the Stephen Langton Building, room 1006 or sent in the internal post. Items needed include dog treats (including gravy bones, filled bones, etc), dog food, collars, leads, shampoo, washing-up liquid, non-bio washing powder, fabric conditioner and gift vouchers for Pets at Home, Tesco or Wilkinsons. No matter how small, your donation will make a difference. For more information please contact Amanda in the College of Arts – SLB Room SLB1006 Ext 7179 or on astrauch@lincoln.ac.uk.
