Cycle Compounds – Lock Changes – Important Update!

We are increasing the security of our cycle compounds at the Brayford Pool campus. The Minerva, Sports Centre, Library and JBL cycle compounds will be changing from combination lock to Salto access on Saturday 24th July. This means you can use your staff/student card to access the compounds, however you will have to ensure you regularly update your card at update points, which can be found in the majority of buildings across campus.

Please be aware that whilst the gates and locking mechanism are being replaced, the cycle compound will not be secure for a number of days (up to a maximum of a week). It is your responsibility to ensure your bicycle is either removed or fully secure within the compound during this period.

Should you need a locked compound to use in the interim, the Medical School Cycle compound is already available for staff and students to use with their Salto staff/student card.
