Lincolnshire RELOAD Youth Work Conference ; Bringing back the Voluntary Youth Sector following COVID 2019.

This will be Lincolnshire’s 4th RELOAD Conference following a 2 year gap with the Pandemic. The day will be a fantastic opportunity for our members, youth groups, volunteers, partners and associates to come together, network and ‘RELOAD’ with new ideas, contacts, resources and opportunities for the future.

The Day will include Guest Speakers from the National Youth Agency talking about the recovery and importance of youth services following COVID 19 and the infamous Kate Hull Rogers bringing the importance of Humour and Mental Health.

There will be a wide range of workshops going on throughout the day including;

ILM Young Leaders Award

Directory of Social Change ; Building Confidence and Developing Strategy

Well Within Reach;

2 fast 2 Soon Car Simulator,

Virtual Reality Loneliness Workshop,

Outdoor education,

Holiday Activities Fund and a Marketplace.

The day will also be an opportunity for LCVYS members and groups to discuss the needs of young people and youth work within the county and how we can support whether through training, funding, positive activities.
