Continuous Improvement Awareness Training

By the end of this session you will:
• Understand Continuous Improvement
• Gain knowledge on streamlining processes to reduce waste
• Understand the benefits of an organised and maintained work place
• Understand the aims of visual management

All staff are welcome to attend this session, which will be held in person and take place on 7th July from 09:00-12:00.
