PDR Reviewer Training

The PDR scheme is aligned to the academic year, training is now available to book for reviewers and reviewees on MyView.

The training has been revised and redesigned to support the conversational aspect of the PDR scheme. For reviewers, the training is focused on making conversations count and conducting effective PDRs. For reviewees it focuses on making the most of their PDR and maximising the benefits. Please note, if you are a new manager then you must attend the reviewers training before conducting PDRs and we would encourage any existing managers to engage with a refresher.

A new PDR handbook will also be available for both reviewers and reviewees, which will include key information about the principles, process, responsibilities, FAQs and top tips.
