National Pay Negotiations 2022/2023

In conjunction with other HEI’s, the University of Lincoln has decided to implement the pay award offered as part of the national collective consultation with UCU, UNISON, Unite, EIS and GMB. Although the latest formal consultations have concluded without a settlement being agreed, we believe it is the right decision to implement our final offer so that staff can begin to benefit from this immediately.

The pay award is a 3% uplift but also includes higher uplifts up to spinal point 19.

This will be effective in the August payroll and will be effective from the 1st August 2022. The relevant pay spines will be updated on the HR Portal in due course.
