Professors in Preparation

This session will help you think through your career path to date and consider your professional identity. We will discuss routes to progression including essential skills such as collecting evidence of your impact.

You will hear examples of different routes to Professorship, and how to navigate the often roundabout route to promotion. Please note that this workshop will focus on the T element of our academic profiles but will be relevant to individuals on both profiles, or indeed those who are uncertain about whether they are on the correct profile.
