Building Emotional Resilience

This course aims to:
Improve emotional resilience of staff
Reduce rates of absence through sickness & stress
Improve productivity, communication & morale

Learning outcomes:
Identify the difference between mental health & mental illness
Identify signs & symptoms of emotional & psychological stress
Learn to communicate with & support others about mental health including suicide prevention
Identify several different mental health conditions from common symptoms
Learn a minimum of 3 different self-care techniques and exercises

This course will be delivered online via MS Teams.
