Continuous Improvement Awareness Workshop

All staff are welcome to attend the Continuous Improvement session, which will be held in person and take place on 28th March 2023 from 09.30 – 12.30 in the Minerva building, room MB3202.

By the end of this session you will:
• Understand Continuous Improvement
• Gain knowledge on streamlining processes to reduce waste
• Understand the benefits of an organised and maintained work place
• Understand the aims of visual management
