Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Staff Culture Survey 2023

posted by Olivia Warbey | 27/02/2023

The University of Lincoln is committed to addressing inequalities and creating an inclusive culture where all individuals can thrive, irrespective of their race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, or sexual orientation.

It is now time for the University of Lincoln’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Staff Culture Survey 2023 and we would like to hear your views on working at the University of Lincoln today, together with your thoughts on what further actions should be taken to eradicate discrimination and advance equality. This survey gives us all the opportunity to focus on the key areas raised in previous surveys and reflect on the progress we have been making. This is just one of the ways you can be involved in our Equality Project work and contribute to our application for Equality Charter awards.

Understanding the views of colleagues from across the University is vital if we are to continue to improve and develop. Please do complete the survey to help the University continue to make positive changes towards advancing equality and inclusion.
