National Learning at Work Week 2023
National Learning at Work Week is a unique annual event to build learning cultures at work. It aims to put a spotlight on the importance and benefits of continual personal and professional development for our people. The week will offer colleagues the opportunity to engage in bitesize, creative, innovative and inclusive activities as part of our showcase.
Taking place from Monday 15 May to Friday 19 May – colleagues will be able to access a range of development activities delivered in a blend of virtual and in person bitesize sessions throughout the week. The theme this year is ‘Create the Future’, so each event creates awareness of how learning develops our knowledge and skills to be future ready. There will be a huge variety of events for colleagues to engage with, including daily notices on staff news and through our social media channels to highlight activities, supporting resources and modules for independent learning too.
Managers should encourage colleagues to take the time to engage in these development opportunities.
Please take a look at our webpage for details of events taking place and for more information on how to book your place at these fantastic events!
