Digital EIA training
A new digital Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) is launching to ensure the University makes inclusive decisions.
Did you know…that if you are developing a policy, project, procedure or event that involves or impacts people, then you should be completing an EIA?
The new digital EIA will help you to consider equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of your project and should always be started at the same time as your project development.
The Eleanor Glanville Institute (EGI), the University’s Strategic Centre for EDI have created a toolkit and guidance to support your EIA journey.
The EGI is also hosting several hour-long training events to support your understanding of EIAs and how to use the digital EIA.
