2023 University of Lincoln All Colleague Survey

The 2023 University of Lincoln All Colleague Survey is now live.

This survey is an opportunity for colleagues to share their views anonymously and help the Senior Leadership Team understand their experience of working at the University, and what they might think could be done differently/better.

Feedback from the survey combined with actions highlighted through Town Hall Talks will enable us to work together and help ensure success across the University. The results of the survey will be shared with the Senior Leadership Team and institutional-level results will be shared with all staff via the Department of People, Performance and Culture website. Heads of School and Divisional Chief Operators will be provided with their local results to share and discuss with their teams and action plans will be created at institutional and local level to address issues raised.

As a thank you for completing the survey you will be invited to enter a prize draw to win one of four £100 vouchers for your Linc-On account. The University will also donate £1 for every survey completed to the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance charity.

The survey will take no longer than 20 minutes to complete and can be accessed via the link here. The deadline for completion of the survey is Friday 9 June 2023.
