Certificate in Responsible Leadership

Women in Higher Education Leadership project is funded by British Council – Gender Equality Partnership Programme. As part of the project objectives, leadership training courses have been designed to advance the knowledge and skills of academics and professional in the Nigerian Higher Education system. The project is a partnership between University of Lincoln, African Development Institute of Research Methodology (ADIRM) and Office of the Committee of Vice Chancellors of Nigerian Universities (CVCNU) aimed at addressing the Underrepresentation of Women in Senior Leadership positions in the Nigerian Higher Education.
