PDR Reviewee Training

This session aims to provide reviewees with training on the conversational aspect of the PDR and overarching principles of the scheme. The session aims to enable you to lead your PDR meeting with confidence, whilst understanding your responsibilities as a reviewee and those of your reviewer.

The session will also cover various ways to maximise the benefits of a PDR to support your performance, development, and career progression.
