Career Pathways for Professional Support Staff

The Career Pathways workshop aims to support your development by looking at how the Career Pathways framework can develop transferrable skills at each grade and how you can use this to support your career progression.

The workshop will also support you with how to use the framework in 1-2-1 and PDR meetings as well as techniques to use to prepare for potential interviews and answering competency-based questions.

This session will include a short demo of the online development tool too.
