PDR Reviewer Training

This session aims to provide reviewers with training on the conversational aspect of the PDR and overarching principles of the scheme. The session aims to enable you to conduct effective PDR conversations with confidence, whilst understanding your responsibilities as a reviewer and those of your reviewee.

The session will also cover other key management skills such as feedback, recognition, and SMART objective setting.
