Developing a Managerial Mindset Short Course
Are you an aspiring leader, new in a supervisory or management role? Or have you progressed into a role where you are managing people and feel the need for some formal training?
The Lincoln International Business School can help you bridge the knowledge and skills gap through their short course, Developing a Managerial Mindset (DMM). It is aimed at supporting new managers with line management, personal development, change and business management over six full-day workshops taught in the David Chiddick Building.
This programme is designed for people wishing to become more confident and skilled in managing others and become better leaders either now or in the future. Train with us to become a competent manager with the confidence to lead other’s effectively and prepare for the next steps in your career.
Christian Polzin, a Commercial Team Leader at South Kesteven District Council, completed the DMM programme in 2021 and said: “I am not sure I could be doing my job effectively without attending this course. Understanding my leadership style and reflection on my natural traits really helped me develop as a team leader/manager. It was a superb course delivered perfectly and the course work was a good challenge and opportunity to look at how I would be implementing my learning into my managerial role.”
Spaces are now open for our October 2023 cohort. If you’re looking to develop your fundamental management skills, contact us at LIBS_Exec@lincoln.ac.uk or visit our website here to find out more: https://www.lincoln.ac.uk/studywithus/flexiblelearning/developing-a-managerial-mindset/
