Management Essentials: Developing self and others

This half day course looks at development of individuals and teams from a management perspective, introducing various frameworks and tools such as skills matrices to identify skills gaps and help you understand yours and your teams preferred learning styles. It introduces Managers to the concept of Organisational Development and Talent Management Models, helping you attract, develop, performance manage, motivate and retain a dynamic engaged workforce.
