Handling Challenging Conversations

This engaging session will build skills, confidence and impact in preparing for and tackling difficult situations.

The aims are to:
Identify key features of difficult situations
What helps and hinders challenging conversations
Work on tools in assertive communication and conflict management
Share feedback on handling difficult situations
Learn from others’ approaches
Identify how and when to put learning into practice

During the session, we’ll look at challenging conversations from different perspectives, including: choosing pictures which represent diverse features of working relationships; completing the insightful Drivers/Working Styles questionnaire and working through your individual situations.
